In the narrow lanes of Soi Rang Nam, a dozen stalls line up serving tiny bowls of intense, dark noodle soup — seasoned with blood, cinnamon and star anise. Each bowl costs just 15-20 baht, and tradition dictates eating through 10-15 bowls. The atmosphere is chaotic, loud and utterly authentic.
