Elephant Nature Park is an award-winning rescue and rehabilitation centre in the Mae Taeng Valley, about 60 kilometres north of Chiang Mai. Founded by Sangduen 'Lek' Chailert, the sanctuary provides a natural habitat for over 80 rescued elephants along with dogs, cats, and buffalo. Visitors can observe, feed, and walk alongside the elephants without riding — a model for ethical wildlife tourism in Thailand.
