1. Our Commitment

Thailand-Vloggers.com is an information platform and creator discovery platform for Thailand YouTube creators. We want our content to be accessible to as many people as possible – regardless of individual limitations or technology used.

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA.

2. Implemented Measures

The following measures have been implemented to ensure the accessibility of the platform:

  • Semantic HTML with correct heading structure
  • Full keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
  • Sufficient color contrast per WCAG AA (minimum 4.5:1)
  • Screen reader support through ARIA attributes
  • Responsive design for all device sizes and orientations
  • Light and dark mode for individual visual preferences

3. Content and Media

The following applies to embedded content and media:

  • Images include descriptive alt text
  • YouTube videos are loaded only after user interaction (no automatic tracking)
  • External content (e.g. YouTube embeds) is subject to the accessibility standards of the respective provider
  • Map content (Leaflet) is lazy-loaded and offers text-based alternatives

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of the platform may not yet be fully accessible. This particularly applies to interactive map views and embedded third-party content.

We are continuously working on improvements and take accessibility feedback seriously.

5. Technical Compatibility

The platform has been optimized for the following environments:

  • Current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge
  • Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver
  • Zoom up to 200% without loss of functionality
